I don’t know about you, but we are eagerly counting down the days until Christmas in our studio. Maybe it’s the endless holiday parties that are getting us in the mood, or celebrating with family and watching our little girl get excited about the lights and dancing around the living room to the Christmas classics, but needless to say, we are ready!
As we cleaned up our pumpkins and fall decor in exchange for evergreen and twinkle lights, we knew we wanted to do something special to celebrate around here. After some late night texts with our friend, Laura Helm of Ashton Events, goggle doc brainstorming, and a desire to create for the sake of creating, we decided to dive into creating a themed series honoring the silly song that easily gets stuck in our head during this time (and seriously makes us question this “true love’s” fascination with gifting birds, but that’s for another day).
Fast forward to now, and we are eagerly unveiling the 12 Days of Christmas Tabletops starting at the top as we count our weekdays down until Christmas with 12 Drummers Drumming!
We are so grateful for the incredible talents of our friends that brought these looks to life. Laura has a way with picking the perfect linen pairings, and created magic with unique centerpieces throughout the series. Jenna of Jenna Nicole Photography captured every detail so beautifully despite our constant shifting and switching and the “oops I forgots” and turned these images around in our crunched timeframe. And our many thanks to Lauren of Every Last Detail for jumping on our crazy ideas, and being willing to feature this concept without hesitation.
